These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Musketr, a product of Alcateia Digital Studios. By creating an account or using Musketr, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Musketr helps you upload a video once and publish it independently to the social platforms you choose, currently Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Musketr does not own or operate those platforms, and their availability, publishing requirements, and policies can change without notice.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity taken through your account.
You may use Musketr only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and permitted to use each platform you connect.
3. Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of the videos, captions, and other content you submit to Musketr (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, reproduce, process, and transmit Your Content only as necessary to operate the Service and publish it to the destinations you select.
You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have every right, permission, and consent needed to upload and publish it, including rights to music, footage, images, likenesses, trademarks, and any personal information in it.
You must not use Musketr to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the Service, or comply with the law.
4. Connected platforms
Musketr uses YouTube API Services. By using Musketr’s YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, including the YouTube Community Guidelines.
When you connect a social account, you authorize Musketr to perform the actions made available by that platform and permitted by you, including uploading and publishing the content you select. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Each platform independently reviews, processes, hosts, and may reject or restrict a post. A successful submission from Musketr does not guarantee publication, reach, availability, monetization, or compliance with that platform’s policies. You remain responsible for your relationship with every connected platform.
5. Your use of Musketr
You must not interfere with the Service, attempt to access it without authorization, probe or bypass security measures, use automated means except as we expressly permit, transmit malware, or use Musketr in a way that could harm users, platforms, or the Service.
6. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or where we are required to do so. You may stop using Musketr at any time.
7. Intellectual property
Musketr, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Alcateia Digital Studios or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. They do not transfer ownership of Musketr to you.
8. Disclaimers and limits on liability
Musketr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or platform-compatible operation. In particular, we are not responsible for actions, outages, content decisions, or policy changes made by third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alcateia Digital Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of Musketr. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide appropriate notice before it takes effect. Continued use of Musketr after the effective date of the update means you accept the revised Terms.
